On Saturday, November 25th, Faircast Inc. hosted a benefit to raise money to support two employees that were in a four wheeling accident outside of work. Both employees were on emergency flights to different hospitals where surgeries and recovery took place. In the spirit of giving, donations and time were gifted to create a Dinner and Silent Auction Benefit to help cover some expenses.

With a month to plan, family members, friends, and coworkers asked for donations to create baskets, provide food, and give the Benefit the best chance at success. Unfortunately there are too many donors to list by name, but they were honored with every donation at the Benefit.

The Sondheim Center provided Faircast Inc. with an incredible discounted price to host the Benefit at, and out of all places, on top of the stage itself! The mood was perfect; friends, family, laughter, music, and fun. The evening started out with people lining up for bids, devouring the donated food (Hy-Vee, Yummy’s, Revelations, Fairfield Golf & Country Club, and Sweet & Saucey’s), listening to live music by local musicians Curtis Oliver and Rod Rider, winning the 60″ TV raffle, and then some fun karaoke.

Many individuals, groups, companies, and communities helped allow this Benefit to be successful with over 10,000 dollars raised. We are so proud, as a company, to see all the loving and helping hands it took to make this work.

Thank you for all of those who gave their time, effort, passion, and money to this worthy cause.
